The South Tyne Drilling team is an integral part of the company's success. Headed by Managing Director and founding partner James McCrindle, there is nothing in the field of landfill drilling which he has not encountered.

As part of their commitment to investment in people and training, all of their lead drillers are qualified to NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 2 in Land Drilling.

James McCrindle - Managing Director
Originally a founder partner in the business, James is the managing director, and has over thirty five years experience in the drilling business.

Marie McCrindle - Director
Also one of the two founder partners, Marie has overseen the successful running of all aspects of the office based work for the previous 19 years.

Mark McCrindle (BA Hons) - Sales Manager
Mark has been employed by South Tyne Drilling since November 2002. He is now the first point of contact for all current and potential clients and is also our qualified Health and Safety Manager.

Paul McCrindle - Operations Manager
Paul has been with the company since 1996, in which time he has bult up a wealth of experience as a landfill driller. He has overseen the running contracts throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Throughout this time he has been a British Drilling Association Accredited Lead Driller and holds an NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling.

David McCrindle ACA BA (Hons) - Financial Controller
David has recently been appointed following 5 years employment as a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for all aspects of the finance department.
